Ron Francis Interview By John Forslund - A lengthy interview where Ron reminisces over his career with John Forslund, the Carolina Hurricanes' television play-by-play announcer. Parts of the interview were shown during the Ron Francis Night game (January 28th, 2006 - Carolina Hurricanes vs. the Atlanta Thrashers). The entire interview was eventually put up on the Canes' website in six parts.

1986-87 Season Highlights CD - A custom-made burning of the *very hard to find* A Season To Celebrate: The Story of the Whalers' First Adams Division Championship audio cassette tape. Features Chuck Kaiton as a host, and a brief interview with Ronnie.

2003 Danny Casey Classic Soundtrack - Soundtrack of various songs and clips of Chuck Kaiton announcing goals for various Whalers (including Ron Francis!) that were used in the 2003 Danny Casey Classic, an annual charity hockey game which is in memory of Danny Casey, a young man who fell victim to cancer, and therefore, raising money to help find a cure for cancer. Acquired through loaning one of the founders some audio clips from my Francis collection to be used in future games...specifically the one for 2005, where Ron Francis and his retirement were honored. 1986: Year of the Whale - Custom-made DVD of the following from the 1986 Stanley Cup Playoffs: The first and third periods from Game Three of the First Round vs. the Quebec Nordiques, and the third period from Game Six of the Second Round vs. the Montreal Canadiens. Both games taking place at the Hartford Civic Center, and one of the periods vs. the Nordiques featuring a goal by Ron Francis.

The 1990 NHL All-Star Game - Recorded off of ESPN Classic during the 2004 NHL All-Star Weekend. Also includes a glitchy (no thanks to DirecTV problems at the time) version of the NHL Cool Shots about Ron Francis and his being Eric Staal's mentor on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Hockey With Roger Neilson: NHL Pros In Action - A training/educational tape, circa 1986, featuring Ron Francis, along with Denis Savard, Ray Bourque, Greg Millen, Mike Gartner, and Doug Wilson...as a "team" specially selected by Roger Neilson, one of the most groundbreaking coaches in the history of ice hockey. Acquired with LOTS of thanks to Northwest Books.

The Ultimate Whalers DVD Collection - Custom-made DVDs, and despite all of the coverage featured, Ron is only in one clip...an overtime from Game Six of the First Round vs. the Boston Bruins, taking place in the 1990 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

WhalerMania: 1986-87 Highlights - Have two copies...one in video tape format and the other on a custom-made DVD. Hosted by Ron Francis and sponsored by The Hartford. Covers the best season the Hartford Whalers ever had, despite not surpassing the First Round of the 1987 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

1992 Stanley Cup Finals Game Four: Pittsburgh Penguins @ the Chicago Blackhawks - Custom-made DVD of the COMPLETE game right down to Ronnie's Game-Winning-Goal AND the post-game locker room coverage (including a good two-three minute long interview with Francis). Many, many thanks to Michael a.k.a. the Hockey Fanatic for this.

1992 Stanley Cup Victory Party @ Three Rivers Stadium - Custom-made DVD of the COMPLETE victory party, which took place the day after the Penguins won Lord Stanley in Chicago. Includes when the players came in on cars (unfortunately, Francis and Ulf Samuelsson's car was announced, but not shown >:( ), Ronnie's time with the Cup and small speech, and snippets of Ron here and there (most noteworthy one being at the very end when he is briefly shown holding then one-year-old daughter Kaitlyn). March 20th, 1993 - Pittsburgh Penguins vs. the Philadelphia Flyers - In this game, the Penguins Classics version shown during the 2004-05 NHL Lockout, Ron scored at least five points to help the Penguins crush the Flyers, 9-2. Acquired with plenty of thanks to MindTheGaps @ LiveJournal for this.

Against the Odds: The Story of the 1991-92 Pittsburgh Penguins - In addition to the '91-92 Pens and their second Stanley Cup victory in a row, this tape also focuses on the 25th anniversary and history of the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey club.

Fire On Ice: The 1995-96 Pittsburgh Penguins - Tape featuring many highlights from the Penguins' outstanding 1995-96 season, during which Ron had his best individual season point-wise (119 points: 27 goals, 92 assists). Hosted by Troy Loney and Bryan Trottier, and features a two-three minute Ron Francis highlight montage. Acquired as a gift from Michael a.k.a. the Hockey Fanatic...many, many thanks to him for it.

Mario Lemieux: A Success Story - A tape that obviously focuses on Mario Lemieux and his career through 1991. Features highlights from the Penguins' 1991 Stanley Cup run and victory, in some of which Ron is shown.

1993-94 Pittsburgh Penguins Highlights - Tape focusing on the 1993-94 season and certain players...most notably Ron Francis (whose segment, taking a closer look at his off-ice life with his wife and daughter, was among the longest on the tape), Mario Lemieux, Jaromir Jagr, Tom Barrasso, and Kevin Stevens.

One From the Heart: The Story of the 1990-91 Pittsburgh Penguins - Tape chronicling the Penguins' 1990-91 season and first Stanley Cup run. Features a few clips of Ronnie inside the team plane and talking about a game and what it felt like to win the Stanley Cup for the first time in his career.

One To Grow On - Tape chronicling the Penguins' 1997-98 season, during which they would win the Northeast Division Champions title. It was also Ron's last season as a Penguin, AND the only complete season during which Ron captained the Pens.

June 24th, 2004: The NHL Draft Prospect Youth Clinic - Ron Francis was in attendance at the said event, and helped out with the coaching/teaching. Despite the event practically being hosted by the Canes, Ron was wearing a Maple Leafs windbreaker AND was still property of the Leafs at the time (his becoming an Unrestricted Free Agent then not happening until July 1st).
