Cookin' With the Canes - A cookbook sold by the Carolina Hurricanes' Kids 'N Community Foundation during the 2002-03 season. Features Ron Francis and his wife, Mary-Lou, on the cover. Also featured are two recipes from the Francis family, for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins (Sound familiar?) and Mandarin Cake, and pictures of them and their children. Acquired at the March 29th, 2003 game vs. the Buffalo Sabres, one of only five copies then remaining.
